Former Crown Princess Himani Shah says after watching ‘Paran’: “This is the reality of Nepal”
Kathmandu — Former Crown Princess Himani Shah has watched the Nepali family drama film ‘Paran’, which is now in its third week of screening.
After watching the film at Darbar Cineplex on Monday night at 8 PM, Shah said that the movie reflects the reality of life in Nepal.
Speaking about the film, Himani Shah said, “This is the reality of Nepal at present. Nepalis are constantly migrating abroad.
Those who watch ‘Paran’ will see the real situation of Nepal.” She was accompanied by some of her relatives at the cinema hall.
As the film enters its third week, ‘Paran’ has collected over NPR 110 million in gross revenue.
The number of viewers in theaters remains high, showing the film’s continued popularity.
Directed by Deepak Prasad Acharya, ‘Paran’ features performances by Nir Shah, Madan Krishna Shrestha, Puja Chand, Keki Adhikari, Praveen Khatiwada, Anjana Baraili, Mahesh Tripathi, Buddhi Tamang, and others.
The film is produced by Ranjit Acharya and Shekhar Golcha.
