Cooperative Bill, 2026 Passed by Majority
The House of Representatives has passed the Cooperative (First Amendment) Bill, 2026 by a majority.
In Thursday's meeting of the House of Representatives, Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Pratibha Rawal, tabled the proposal seeking the passage of the Cooperative (First Amendment) Bill, 2026.
The bill was passed by a majority after Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal presented the proposal for decision before the House.
