Why was a 50 percent discount given on tickets for 'Roll No. 1'?

Kathmandu. Audiences will now be able to watch the movie 'Roll No. 1' at half price. The production team has decided to sell tickets for their movie 'Roll No. 1' with a 50 percent discount.

With this decision, every viewer will now get a 50 percent discount on the ticket price of 'Roll No. 1'. For example, a ticket costing 400 rupees will now be available for 200 rupees, or in theaters where the ticket price is 300 rupees, the ticket for this movie will be available for 150 rupees.

Producer Binod Paudel stated that following requests from students and parents to lower the movie's ticket prices, a 50 percent discount has been provided on ticket prices for every show in every theater.

"In response to the special request of schools, parents, and students, Seven Seas Cinema has now provided a 50 percent discount on tickets for the movie Roll No. 1," producer Paudel said. "The 50 percent discount has already been implemented in participating movie theaters across Nepal."

Producer Paudel mentioned that the movie 'Roll No. 1' raises stories about the education system, the mental pressure on students, the struggles of parents, and the realities of life.

Produced under the banner of Seven Seas Cinema, this movie is directed by John Yonzon.

Mukun Bhusal, Sushank Mainali, Renu Yogi, and Sirjana Adhikari are in the lead roles in the movie. The child actors of the movie include Nirbhik Regmi, Rinchen Lama, Samyam Katuwal, and Sijal Shrestha.

Binod Paudel and Janvi Paudel are the producers of the movie, while Chhatramaya Giri and Ramesh Chaulagain are the co-producers. 'Roll No. 1' has been written by Mahesh Dawadi.

With Shivaram Shrestha as the DOP, this movie features music by Prashant Shiwakoti and editing by Madan Ghimire.
