Kathmandu. Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) leader Gyanendra Shahi has openly praised the recently released Nepali film 'Paran', stating that it has ignited a new hope and trust in the Nepali film industry.
Expressing his reaction via social media (Facebook), Shahi highlighted that the film captures the reality of the love between parents and children, remarking, "If the film 'Paran' is not watched, you will feel like you've missed something important in life."
He further expressed confidence that director Deepak Acharya (Deepak Prasad Acharya) will create a new history in the Nepali film industry, and offered heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the entire film team for preserving hope and trust in the Nepali cinema sector.
'Paran' is an emotional family drama that primarily narrates the story of parents left alone after their children move abroad. Featuring performances by artists like Neer Shah, Madan Krishna Shrestha, and Keki Adhikari, the film has been receiving positive feedback from audiences since its initial release.
