'Paran' Film Touches the Hearts of Yeti Airlines Family; Staff Get Emotional

Following widespread praise for the Nepali film 'Paran,' which is based on the familial stories of Nepali society, the Yeti Airlines family watched the movie with their staff and their parents at the FQ Cinema Hall in KL Tower, Kathmandu.

After watching the film, Yeti Airlines staff became very emotional. Some wiped away tears, while others appeared stunned. According to them, the story of the love between children and parents, the dialogues of a son and daughter-in-law living abroad, and the father's quest for his children's support in old age moved the audience to tears.

"I had never cried watching a film until now; tears had never flowed from my eyes, but this film 'Paran' made me cry." The emotional staff member commented, "When the youngest son hugs his father and starts crying while leaving the village, I really broke down at that moment. When the father also started crying after his son left, no one could hold back their emotions."

The film, which features senior actor Neer Shah in the lead role, was directed by debut director Deepak Prasad Acharya (Kaku). The story is also by Acharya, while the screenplay and dialogues were written by Yam Thapa. It was produced by Baiscope Cinema Pvt. Ltd., established through a joint investment by the Golchha Group and the Prisma Group.

In addition to Neer Shah, the film features actors such as Mahesh Shah, Anjana Barail, Madan Krishna Shrestha, Pooja Chand, Keki Adhikari, Pravin Khatiwada, and Buddhi Tamang. Yeti Airlines organized this film screening event with the goal of strengthening mutual relations among staff by promoting cultural enrichment and entertainment.
