'Paran' Bookings Open with High Hopes to Attract Family Audience

The booking for 'Paran,' the debut production venture of prominent business group Golchha Group's Shekhar Golchha and advertising agency Prisma Advertising's Ranjit Acharya, is now open. The film, set for public release tomorrow, Friday (30 October), has secured an encouraging number of shows nationwide.

Produced under the Baiscope Cinema banner, the emotionally-driven family drama has so far been allotted over 64 shows, with expectations high to attract a large segment of the family audience to the Nepali box office.

Dipak Prasad Acharya (Kaku) makes his directorial debut with 'Paran,' which features several senior actors in central roles.

The film's extensive cast includes Nir Shah (in the lead role), Madan Krishna Shrestha, Puja Chand, Mahesh Tripathi, Anjana Baraili, Keki Adhikari, Pravin Khatiwada, Buddhi Tamang, Yaseli Yonghang, Babin Rai, Pushparaj Ojha, Seema Kafle, Daman Rupakheti, Yaman Shrestha, Subrat Raj Acharya, Suresh Thapa, Binod Rai, and child artist Aryadeep Acharya.

The songs in the film feature lyrics by director Dipak Acharya himself, music by Ridam Kandel, and vocals by Pramod Kharel, Pushpan Pradhan, and Rachana Rimal.

Shivaram Shrestha handled the cinematography (D.O.P), while Mitra D. Gurung was the editor. Sunil Chhetri took charge of the choreography.
