‘Nyauli Banai Ma’ from ‘Baristha Balaram’ Hits 5 Million Views, Trailer Popular Among Audiences

Kathmandu — The film Baristha Balaram, scheduled to release on Kartik 6 during the Bhai Tika festival, is currently at the peak of public attention. Both the movie’s song Nyauli Banai Ma and its trailer have successfully captured the audience’s hearts.

The song Nyauli Banai Ma from Baristha Balaram is gaining massive popularity on social media, particularly on TikTok. Within just two weeks of its release, the song has garnered over 5.29 million views on YouTube, highlighting its widespread appeal.

The lyrics and music of the song are by Prashant Shivakoti, while the melodious voices are provided by Prashant Shiwakoti and Shantishree Pariyar.

In the song, Bijay Baral and Samriddhi Aryal play a romantic couple who decide to spend their lives together despite doubts and challenges. Bijay’s acting and dance performances have received high praise from viewers, significantly boosting the movie’s overall publicity. Many fans have openly appreciated both the song and the choreography, wishing the film success.

Alongside the song, the film’s trailer has also received an enthusiastic response from audiences. Released just four days ago, the trailer has already amassed over 1.396 million views.

Viewers particularly enjoyed the clash between Dayahang Rai and Bijay Baral depicted in the trailer. Dayahang’s distinctive look, combined with the actors’ performances, has been highly praised on YouTube. The conflict arises when both characters struggle to acknowledge each other’s existence and assert their dominance, a dynamic that audiences have found compelling.

Given the popularity of both the song and trailer, Baristha Balaram is expected to perform well at the box office.

The film is directed by Surendra Paudel and presented by Vrishabh Siddhi Entertainment in collaboration with Anvi Films. The cast includes Dayahang Rai, Bijay Baral, Samriddhi Aryal, Pashupati Rai, Maotse Gurung, Bholaraj Sapkota, Rambabu Regmi, Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary (PK), among others.

The screenplay is written by Mahesh Dawadi, while the story and editing are handled by director Paudel himself. Ashish H. Tamang and Shree Raj Karki are the producers, with executive producers Pradeep G. Dhami and Puskar B. Ghimire. Ram Bisht serves as the line producer.

The cinematography is by Mankrishna Maharjan, music by Prashant Shiwakoti, action direction by Samrat Basnet, and dance direction by Pradeep Lama.

The film will be distributed in the Kathmandu Valley by DCN and outside the valley by Kuber Cine Distribution.
