New Salaijo Song 'Sarkari Jagire' Released, Featuring Jogendra Bishwokarma and Durga Magar

Kathmandu. The new Salaijo song 'Sarkari Jagire' (सरकारी जागिरे), featuring the melodious voices of singers Jogendra Bishwokarma and Durga Magar, has been officially released.

Aimed at lovers of traditional Nepali Salaijo music, the song’s music video recently premiered on the Jogendra BK Official YouTube channel. Within just 18 hours of its premiere, the video has garnered over 3,650 views, signaling a positive reception from the audience for this latest release.

The lyrics for 'Sarkari Jagire' were penned by Binod Pariyar, while the music and hookline were composed by the singer himself, Jogendra Bishwokarma. The technical production aspects of the audio were skillfully handled by Aarem Sunar, who took charge of the arranging, mixing, mastering, and recording. The song was recorded at the Sonic Recording Studio.

The accompanying music video is equally captivating. Jogendra Bishwokarma not only sang and composed the track but also took on the responsibilities of story direction and choreography. He stars in the video alongside main artist Sunita Rasaili.

The visual production was captured by cinematographer Bishal Pariyar, and the final editing and color grading were completed by Anil Bista Pyuthani. Additionally, Arun Roy served as the makeup artist, with Rajendra Aryal providing IT support.

The video also features support from artists like Aasha Magar, Manisha Magar, Prem Sunar, Deepak Nepali, and Amrit Khatri, along with dancers Rajina Sunar, Sushila Sunar, Neha Sunar, and Pramila Sunar.
