Aventoz Digital and Music Nepal Sign Music Partner Agreement for "Lok Dohori Star"

Kathmandu — Adding another significant chapter to the Nepali folk and Dohori music sector, an official music partner agreement has been concluded between Aventoz Digital and Music Nepal for the highly anticipated television reality show, "Lok Dohori Star."

The agreement was signed by Uttam Thapa, Chief Administrative Officer on behalf of Music Nepal, and Devil Singh Rajput, the show's producer, on behalf of Aventoz Digital.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Nirajan Maharjan from Music Nepal, and Yadav Bahadur Thapa, Co-Producer and Head of Administration, from Aventoz Digital. Other personalities present included Show Director Madhav Raj Kharel, and one of the show's judges, Chandra Sharma.

Both parties expressed a shared commitment to presenting "Lok Dohori Star" as the most spectacular and unique show in Nepali music history. According to them, this collaboration will help in the national and international promotion of the show’s original songs, Dohoris, and creative performances through Music Nepal's digital platforms.

"Lok Dohori Star," produced by Aventoz Digital, aims to showcase talented folk Dohori singers from across the country on a national stage. The panel of judges includes renowned folk and Dohori singer Pashupati Sharma, singer Rita Thapa Magar, singer and musician Chandra Sharma, and singer and musician Amrit Khati.

Space Television is the exclusive television partner for the show, and the program will be broadcast through Aventoz Digital’s official YouTube channel. The mega audition for this season of "Lok Dohori Star" has already been completed.

Following the agreement, representatives from both organizations expressed confidence that this collaboration will prove to be a milestone for the promotion and preservation of Nepali folk music.

The show aims to revitalize traditional folk music for a new generation of viewers through modern technology and attractive presentations. The program is scheduled to begin broadcasting from the second week of Mangsir.
