‘Paran’ Soars Even Higher, More Corporate Shows Being Added
Kathmandu: Story and performance give life to a film, while the audience’s love and support fill it with soul. Nepali film Paran has been proving exactly this.
Although it picked up pace only three days after its release, the movie is now winning hearts in theaters across the country. Even after two weeks, the crowd and excitement among viewers continue to rise steadily.
Along with the growing attraction toward the film, various corporate houses have also begun expressing their appreciation and support for Paran.
In this context, the Goldstar Shoes family under Kiran Shoes Manufacturing Company organized a special corporate show for their employees at Fcube Cinema Hall in KL Tower, Chabahil, where the film was screened collectively.
On the occasion, the Fcube Cinema team welcomed the cast of Paran with garlands and the ceremonial sound of a conch. Likewise, the Goldstar Shoes family offered Goldstar shoes as gifts to the artists on behalf of the company.
Sharing a brief reaction about the film, a company representative said that Paran powerfully portrays the reality of Nepali society-especially the craze for going abroad and its impact on family relationships.
They added that the film delivers a positive message about being more sensitive toward one’s parents and beautifully reminds viewers of the affectionate bonds within a family.
