Nepathya Concert in Pokhara for Cricket, Entry Requires Purchasing Pokhara's Jersey

Pokhara.The famous musical band Nepathya is going to perform a concert in Pokhara, organized by the Nepal Premier League (NPL) franchise team, Pokhara Avengers. The concert, with the slogan 'Nepathya for Cricket,' will take place on Friday, November 7, at the football stadium of the Pokhara Stadium.

Subodh Tripathi, President of Pokhara Avengers, informed that the concert is being organized with the aim of connecting cricket with music. "There is no ticket for entry to the concert," said President Tripathi, "Supporters who buy the Pokhara Avengers jersey will gain admission to the concert. We are happy to be associated with the legendary band Nepathya in the development of cricket."

To enter the concert, supporters in Pokhara can purchase the jersey from the Nepathya website. The regular price of the Pokhara Avengers jersey is Rs. 1499.

However, the team has decided to offer the jersey to the first 1000 supporters who come to buy the jersey for the concert for only Rs. 999. According to Pokhara Avengers President Tripathi, the funds raised from the concert are intended to be used to distribute cricket kits to community schools in Gandaki Province.

The trophy tour for the second edition of the NPL, which begins on November 17, is currently underway. During the trophy display in Pokhara on Tuesday, Nepathya's lead singer Amrit Gurung recalled that there was no infrastructure for sports in Pokhara 50 years ago and said that the stadium built in Pokhara has energized the players and sports enthusiasts.

"The level of Nepali cricket is something to be proud of. Now, the preparation and matches should be with the goal of winning the World Cup. Our best wishes are with them," he said.
