'Abhimanyu: Chapter 1' Release Date Announced, Hitting Theatres on Mangsir 18

Kathmandu. The film 'Abhimanyu: Chapter 1' has locked its release date. According to the production team, the film will now be released on Mangsir 18.

The film, which had its release date set and postponed multiple times, has now fixed a new release date while unveiling a new poster. The cinema could not be released on its previously scheduled date due to the Gen-Z movement, floods and landslides, and a packed lineup of other films.

Most of the film's cast can be seen in the new poster. The poster features Kameshwar Chaurasiya, Sarita Giri, Kiran Shrestha, Laxmi Bardewa, Gaumaya Gurung, Prakash Dahal, and Shishir Wangdel, who are featured in character posters.

"We have now decided to release the film on Mangsir 18," said producer Binod Paudel. "We made this decision based on everyone's advice and suggestions." He has also expressed the expectation of everyone's support.

The main cast of 'Abhimanyu: Chapter 1' includes Kameshwar Chaurasiya, Sarita Giri, Kiran Shrestha, Laxmi Bardewa, Gaumaya Gurung, Prakash Dahal, and Shishir Wangdel, among others.

'Abhimanyu: Chapter 1' is directed by Sushant Gautam, with Madan Thapa as the creative director. The screenplay for the film is written by Mukesh Khanal.

The producers of 'Abhimanyu: Chapter 1' are Binod Paudel and Gunjan Giri. Ramesh Chaulagain and Hari Shrestha are co-producers, and the executive producers are Vishal Lama, Hari Moktan, Krishna Bhattarai, Nirajan Luitel, and Sandesh Shrestha. Jeeban Shakya serves as the line producer for the cinema.

The film's Director of Photography (DOP) is Sharad Mahato, VFX by Manoj Shrestha, color grading by Junim Ghataraj, and editing by Madan Ghimire.
