Singer Yash Kumar Releases New Music Video ‘Halka Halka’

Kathmandu – Popular singer Yash Kumar has released the music video for his new song ‘Halka Halka’ during a special event held in the capital on Monday. Produced as a musical film, the video features Yash Kumar and singer Smita Darjeeling in the lead roles.

Renowned film director Tulsi Ghimire attended the release program as the chief guest. He expressed his admiration for Yash Kumar’s creative work and shared that, returning to Nepali cinema after a long time, he found the event a great opportunity to learn and gain inspiration.

Director Ghimire also expressed his happiness seeing Smita Darjeeling come from Kalimpong to Kathmandu and perform so well, stating that he sees a bright future for her.

The song is written and composed by Yash Kumar, while Deves Rai handled the arrangement and mixing. The video also features performances by Rajesh Ghatani, Dipendra Sonam, Sugat Karanjeet, Tulsa Limbu, and Sudip Sonam. Yash Kumar himself directed the video.

Renowned DOP Hari Humagai filmed the video, with editing and color by Bikash Dhamala, and makeup by Tulsa Limbu. The music video for ‘Halka Halka’ has been officially released on Yash Kumar’s YouTube channel.
