Shambhujit and Shobhit Basnet Steal the Show at Grand Opening of ‘Grand Palace Function Center’ in Sydney
Sydney, Australia – The new and modern ‘Grand Palace Function Center’ was inaugurated on Sunday with a grand ceremony on Parramatta Road, Sydney.
The opening event was made even more spectacular and memorable by a solo performance from senior musician Shambhujit Banskota. The function center was jointly established by Ranjit Shah, Santosh Tiwari, and Shobhit Basnet.
According to director and designer Basnet, the center was created to fill the gap for large-scale cultural and social events in Sydney.
The center features two halls of different capacities: a large hall accommodating around 400 people and a smaller hall for approximately 200 people.
According to the organizers, Nepalese artists will be invited every month to host cultural and entertainment programs.
It is worth noting that the movie ‘P.R.’ (Permanent Resident), produced jointly by Ranjit Shah, Santosh Tiwari, and director Shobhit Basnet, is currently being successfully screened across Australia, with plans for a nationwide release in Nepal coming soon.
