Indo-Nepal Collaboration: ‘Mona Lisa (Bloody Love)’ in Production, First Look Released
Kathmandu: A new film is set to be produced through collaboration between Indian and Nepali filmmakers. The project, being developed in Nepal with the cooperation of several South Indian producers, is being regarded as a highly anticipated film.
The film, ‘Mona Lisa (Bloody Love),’ will be produced under the joint banner of B & K Entertainment and Oaks International Studios.
Coinciding with the festival of Ghatasthapana, the makers officially announced the film and unveiled its title poster. The writing and direction will be handled by King Yogi.
Oaks International Studios stated that the film will feature an experienced technical crew from India and other countries. Since the technical team has previously worked on major international projects, the film’s technical aspects are expected to be strong.
The production team has also revealed that casting is currently underway alongside preliminary preparations. Aiming to bring novelty in story, style, and visuals, the film is slated for a worldwide release in 2026.
The first-look poster unveiled the tagline ‘Bloody Love,’ indicating a unique blend of romance and action. The film is expected to explore how circumstances of conflict can emerge for the sake of love.
