Official Trailer of the Movie ‘Maitighar’ Released

Kathmandu – The much-anticipated Nepali movie ‘Maitighar’, produced by Rohit Adhikari Films Pvt. Ltd., has released its official trailer. The film stars Dhiraj Magar, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Shyama Shree Sherpa, Kedar Ghimire ‘Magne Budha’, Prakash Saput, Buddhi Tamang, Shishir Bangdel, Yubaraj Lama, and Rajani Gurung in lead roles.

Directed by Milan Tamang, the film is set to hit cinemas across Nepal on Asoj 13, 2082 (September 29, 2025), coinciding with Dashain’s Phulpati celebration.

The story is written by cultural writers Chandra Kumar Dong and DB Motang Tamang, while the screenplay is by Ramsharan Pathak. Cinematography is handled by Sushan Prajapati, editing by Surendra Paudel and Ankit Khand Thakuri, VFX by Samir Miya and Satyam Rana, and publicity design by Vijay Bashyal.

The film features music by Rohit Shakya and Shailesh Shrestha, vocals by Sanjeevani, choreography by Kabiraj Gahatraj and Kiran Thapa, action direction by Asta Maharjan, and art direction by Bishal Nyaupane.

Produced by Rabin Sherchan and Dhiraj Tamang, with executive producers Ishwor Shrestha and Niraj Katuwal, the entire team promises an exceptional cinematic experience for the audience.

‘Maitighar’ is expected to be one of the most popular releases this Dashain festival.
