Winners Announced in Various Categories at ‘D.S.A Star 2025 Season–17’ Finale

Kathmandu: Organized by Pariwartan Event House Pvt. Ltd., the finale of ‘D.S.A Star 2025 Season–17’ was held at the National Dance Hall, Jamal, where children emerged as winners in different categories. In the ‘Mini Dancing Star’ category, Mary Tamang was crowned the winner, while Shital Tamang was the First Runner-Up, Gresika Adhikari the Second Runner-Up, Amia Adhikari the Third Runner-Up, Yojina Pun Magar the Fourth Runner-Up, and Ahana Bhatta the Fifth Runner-Up.
In the ‘Junior Dancing Star’ category, Ritrisha Lamgade won the top title, followed by Anuradha Kulung as First Runner-Up, Dilisa Thapa as Second Runner-Up, Sanisha Shrestha as Third Runner-Up, Prashna KC as Fourth Runner-Up, Akansha Shrestha as Fifth Runner-Up, Arusi Acharya as Sixth Runner-Up, and Elina Malla as Seventh Runner-Up.
In the ‘Pre-Teen Dancing Star’ category, Siwani Guni was declared the winner, with Gaurav Dhakal as First Runner-Up, R.V. Lamsal as Second Runner-Up, Aju Kushma as Third Runner-Up, Riyan Shrestha as Fourth Runner-Up, Upasana Lamichhane as Fifth Runner-Up, Saina Diyali as Sixth Runner-Up, and Sarishma Darai as Seventh Runner-Up.
Similarly, in the ‘Junior Singing Star’ category, Karen Gurung claimed the top title, with Anchal Pun as First Runner-Up, Priyans KC as Second Runner-Up, Srishti Kshetri as Third Runner-Up, and Mayura Sunar as Fourth Runner-Up.
In the ‘Pre-Teen Singing Star’ category, Sulabhi Shrestha won the title, followed by Sanskar Sapkota as First Runner-Up, Swoichha Gurung as Second Runner-Up, and Mahim Pandey as Third Runner-Up.
In the ‘Acting Star’ category, Achyut Adhikari took the top honor, with Anvesha Dhital as First Runner-Up, Rader Silwal as Second Runner-Up, and Ahana Adhikari as Third Runner-Up. The choreography for the competition was done by Jayan Subba Manandhar.
The program, organized under the auspices of the Central President of Private and Residential School Organization Nepal (PABSON), Krishna Prasad Adhikari, featured judges Devika Bandana, singer; Neeta Paudel, head of Welcome Group and President of Admire Nepal; and Dr. Ramesh Adhikari, principal of Southwestern School.
The competition was primarily sponsored by Hurlis, with support from Nepal Airlines Corporation. Sonia G.R., CEO of Parivartan Event House, stated that prior to the finale, 104 children received training for 31 days at Lincoln School and Angel Heart Secondary School, Tarkeshwor, Kathmandu. According to her, the winners will have the opportunity to act in music videos and represent Nepal at an international competition in Georgia in 2025.
Additionally, singer Kamal Khatri and singer Melina Mainali were honored with the ‘National Creator Award 2082’. Raj Baraily, director of the event house, stated that the competition was organized to provide a supportive environment for children to showcase their talents and open doors for national and international competitions.
