“Virtual Patro”: Nepal’s First Offline Calendar App Launched
Kathmandu,August 16 – Nepali tech company Virtual Technology Pvt. Ltd. has launched “Virtual Patro,” the first offline Nepali calendar app, after three years of research and development.
According to the company’s founder, Prakash Paudel, the calendar, developed based on the solar system, is available for iOS, Android, and Web, allowing Nepali and international users to access it easily. The app is lightweight, simple, and tech-friendly.
Virtual Patro offers features including date and time, sunrise–sunset based on location, festivals, holidays, Nepal Sambat, muhurat, Panchang, rituals, date conversion, foreign exchange rates, calendar widgets, and priest services. The company stated that it will continue adding more useful features based on user feedback and suggestions.
