Garima Development Bank Honored with ‘The Best Bank’ Award
Kathmandu : Garima Development Bank Limited has been honored with the prestigious “The Best Bank” award at the Emerging Asia Banking Conclave & Awards 2025, organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi, India. This recognition celebrates excellence among banks and financial institutions across South Asia.
At the third edition of the Conclave and Awards, Garima Development Bank was recognized not only as The Best Bank, but also for AI/ML Implementation and Best MSME Acceleration, highlighting the bank’s commitment to innovation and support for micro, small, and medium enterprises. The awards ceremony saw participation from banks and financial institutions across Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka.
Receiving the awards on behalf of the bank were CEO Mr. Madhav Prasad Upadhyay and Deputy CEO Mr. Anil Regmi. This recognition builds upon the bank’s previous accolade at the 2024 Emerging Asia Banking Conclave & Awards, where it secured Runner-Up in Best Asset Management.
