Swastik Agro Industries Limited to Issue IPO

Swastik Agro Industries Limited is set to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). For this purpose, the company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking Limited as the issue and sales manager.

An agreement was signed today where Satya Narayan Jha, Chairman and Managing Director of Swastik Agro Industries, and Manish Narayan Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Nabil Investment Banking, signed on behalf of their respective organizations.

The company plans to issue the IPO in the near future after obtaining approval from regulatory bodies, in line with the Securities Registration and Issuance Regulations, 2081, and directives regarding securities issuance and allotment.

Established with the slogan “From Farm to Kitchen,” the company aims to produce and package dairy products such as yogurt, ghee, chocolate, paneer, and more. Currently, on its 2-bigha land in Godar, Dhanusha, the company has 35 Jersey and Holstein cows producing over 200 liters of milk daily for distribution.

The company has already prepared sheds with plans to add 65 more cows, increasing the herd to 100 in the near future. It is also working on establishing a packaging industry, with the goal of becoming a leading and reputed company in Nepal’s dairy sector through research and development.
