“Shivansh: Chapter–1” Movie Release Set for Kartik 27

Kathmandu — The movie “Shivansh: Chapter–1” is set to release on Kartik 27 (November 13, 2025). The production team officially announced the release date along with a poster featuring Lord Shiva and his vehicle, the bull, on Mount Kailash. The poster shows long-haired Shiva ascending Mount Kailash with a trident on the bull’s forehead. However, the production team has not revealed the significance of this imagery in relation to the movie.

Shot around Pokhara, Shivansh is currently in post-production. The movie is presented by Anjan Cinema Production House and marks the directorial debut of Santosh Kumar Atreya. The producer is Anjan KC. The lead roles are played by Praveen Khatiwada, Tej Giri, and Rusha Neupane, while other actors include Bikash Joshi, Bimala Limbu, Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, Sabir Churoute, Uday Kumar Subba, and Tika Niraula.

The story is written by producer Anjan KC, with screenplay by Bharat Limbu. Sulakshan Bharti served as the script doctor. Co-producers are Shobha Bhandari and Anis KC Bogati, and Sambhu Thapa is the executive producer.

Sarad Mahato is the DOP, with songs composed by Biplav Pratik and Rajanraj Shivakoti, and music by New Bajracharya and Rajanraj Shivakoti. Vocals are by Rajanraj Shiwakoti, Milan Newar, and Samiksha Adhikari.

Action sequences are directed by Milan Shrestha, choreography by Bikram Chouhan, and Biraj Khadka serves as VFX director and supervisor, with Aadesh Subba (Godrez Pictures) as VFX producer.

Barat Limbu is the chief assistant director. Pratik Chaudhary is the art director and production designer, Milan Manandhar the production manager, Kamal Mishra handling costumes, Tulsa Limbu as makeup artist, and Yuwahang Rai for poster photography. Post-production is being done by Chautari, and the movie will be distributed by Digital Cinema Nepal (DCN).
