Second Audition of ‘Mrs. Purbeli Icon’ Successfully Concludes

The second audition of the married women’s beauty pageant, Mrs. Purbeli Icon, being held in Koshi Province, has been successfully completed. The first edition of the competition took place last year.

In the second audition, 15 women participated, out of which 4 were selected for the finals, according to the organizers. Since some seats for the finals are still vacant, additional contestants will be chosen through digital auditions.

The audition was held on Saturday at Foodsala Café in Itahari. Organizer Saroj Shrestha stated that since the month of Shrawan makes it difficult for many women to attend the physical audition due to family reasons, the digital option was introduced.

To participate, women must be married and above 20 years of age, with no restrictions on height or weight. The selected contestants will receive training in beauty, personality development, and ramp walk.

The winner will receive a cash prize of NPR 100,000 along with many other gifts. The grand finale is scheduled to take place in the first week of Ashoj in Itahari.
