Blockbuster Director Saroj Paudel Announces New Film 'Sindure Jatra'

Kathmandu. Blockbuster director Saroj Paudel has announced the production of a new film. Paudel, the director of the blockbuster cinema 'Purna Bahadurko Sarangi', has announced the production of the film 'Sindure Jatra'.

The director announced the film's production through a title announcement teaser. The 26-second title announcement teaser features the cinema's title. Although there is a sound that seems to be chanting a mantra for Sindure Jatra, the words are not clearly understood.

The story of the film will also be by director Paudel himself. Director Paudel has not disclosed whether the film will be based on the historical Sindure Jatra celebrated in Nuwakot or if it will have a different story.

The film is presented by Sarangi Films, and the producer is Prabhakar Shrestha. Director Paudel mentioned that the cast members will be announced shortly.

The film will be distributed by RR Films, and OSR Digital is the digital partner. Director Paudel has also not clarified when the film will be released.

A few months ago, the film 'Koshedhunga', written and directed by Paudel, was screened. Although 'Koshedhunga' was affected by the difficult situation caused by the Gen Z movement during its screening, it garnered good reviews for its social subject, emotional depth, and direction style.

There is certainly interest in what new creation blockbuster director Paudel will bring with this new project.
