Today is the last day to secure Siddhartha Bank's dividend
Kathmandu. Today, Thursday, is the final day to secure the dividend of Siddhartha Bank Limited. The bank is closing its book for one day on Asoj 16 (October 2) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution.
Accordingly, shareholders maintaining ownership by trading on NEPSE up to today will be eligible to participate in the bank's AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
The bank has called its 25th Annual General Meeting on Asoj 28 (October 14) at the Army Officers' Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The AGM will pass the proposal to distribute a 10% bonus share of the paid-up capital and a 10% cash dividend (including tax purposes).
Additionally, proposals such as distributing an 8.25% cash dividend to perpetual non-cumulative preference shareholders, amending the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and appointing an auditor will also be presented at the meeting.
