Jashita Gurung's Powerful Entry into Krisha Chaulagain's 'Paras'

Kathmandu: Actress Jashita Gurung has been signed for the film 'Paras', which is set to be produced under the direction of Krisha Chaulagain. The production team signed her for 'Paras' on Saturday.

Previously, news had surfaced that actor Nikhil Upreti had been signed for the project. There are rumors that Nikhil Upreti will be featured opposite Jashita, but the production side has not officially made this public. Questions have arisen regarding why the production team is keeping the film's cast hidden.

The production team has not provided information about who the other actors in this film will be. However, curiosity has been sparked among the audience following Nikhil Upreti's involvement.

The production side believes that the audience will appreciate Nikhil and Jashita in this film, which is based on an action and social story. Beyond this, the team stated they will gradually provide information about who the other cast members will be. 

Nevertheless, the pairing of Nikhil and Jashita will certainly offer a different taste to the audience.

Director Chaulagain stated that a written agreement has been reached between both parties for the film. She said, "We are finalizing the artists according to the film's story."

Produced under the banner of KP Films, the story of this movie is written by Indian screenwriter Sachin Ladiya. The film will be shot by the famous cinematographer (DOP) Purushottam Pradhan. Krisha has previously directed 'Aicho Paicho' and 'Pitambar', making this her third directorial venture.

The production team is preparing for the film's shooting to go on floor this coming Falgun.
