Ritika Sunar wins NAT Miss Airhostess Season 3 title

Ritika Sunar has successfully secured the title of Miss Airhostess International Season 3. In the grand finale of the competition organized by the Northern Light Academy of Aviation and Technology (NAT) at the Rastriya Nachghar in Jamal, Kathmandu, Sunar emerged victorious by surpassing other contestants.

In the event primarily sponsored by Yeti Airlines, winner Sunar was provided with a job opportunity as Cabin Crew at Yeti Airlines along with the title. The formal announcement and appointment letter for the opportunity were presented to her by Santu Prajapati, Chief Safety Officer of Yeti Airlines. Along with being declared the winner of this season, Ritika Sunar also won the "Most Talented" title.

In the competition, Sharmila Kumari was declared the first runner-up and won the "Best Personality" title, while Esther Mate became the second runner-up, winning the "Viewer's Choice Award" and the "Best Catwalk" title. Similarly, Ritu Chaudhary won both the "Most Popular" and "Multimedia Choice Award" titles. Sujata Jamkatel received the "Best Physique" title and Parima Gurung won the "Best Photogenic" title.

All contestants participating in the program were provided intensive training in cabin crew professional etiquette, presentation skills, catwalk, grooming, and professional personality development by fashion choreographer and personality trainer Lovin Ansari.

The chief guest of the program was Sudhan Subedi, Senior Officer of the Nepal Tourism Board. The judging panel included Samarpana Jung Karki (Mr. Nepal 2023 and Buddha Air pilot), Eva Jaiswal (International Cabin Crew for Etihad Airways), Anita Khadka (International Pageant winner and psychologist), and Rachana Sunar (Chief Cabin Crew of Yeti Airlines).

Shekhar Pandey, CEO of NAT, stated that the competition successfully fulfilled its objective of making young women capable of entering the professional aviation sector and expressed gratitude to all participants, judges, and collaborating organizations.

Located in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, NAT has been conducting training related to Air Hostess and Airport Ground Handling in affiliation with the prestigious British technical educational institution "City & Guilds." NAT is a leading institution in Nepal providing aviation education of this standard.

NAT offers a 360-credit hour course for Air Hostess and a Level 2 Diploma (400-credit hour) course for Ground Handling. According to NAT, students who have passed Grade 12 or are awaiting results will receive employment opportunities in various international airlines in Nepal and abroad after completing the training.
