Second Edition of ‘Mr. and Miss Little Purbeli’ Concludes, Aryak and Yodin Emerge Winners
The second edition of ‘Mr. and Miss Little Purbeli’, organized with the aim of bringing out the inherent talents of children, has concluded grandly. Organized by Open Space Pvt. Ltd., the grand finale took place this Saturday, Magh 17, at Durga Party Palace in Itahari, where winners were announced in both senior and junior categories.
In the program held under the chief hospitality of Bhim Parajuli, Minister for Tourism, Forests, and Environment of Koshi Province, Aryak Ojha and Yodin Gurung clinched the titles after passing through various stages of tough competition. The children achieved the titles in the junior and senior categories based on the judges' evaluation and talent performance.
In the junior category, Sangkenma Rai became the first runner-up, Kabya Karki the second runner-up, Aarohi Raut the third runner-up, Luna Phuyal the public choice, and Itish Kattel the organizer's choice.
Similarly, in the senior category, Laresa Jimi became the first runner-up, Shaina Gurung the second runner-up, Sanrakshyan Dahal the third runner-up, Prashansha Katwal the public choice, and Aarju Rauter the organizer's choice.
Distinguished personalities from various fields were on the judging panel to ensure a fair evaluation of the competition. The jury included Prakash Chauhan (Man of the World 2025), Merina Tumsa Limbu (winner of Miss Nepal Idol 2018), Deepika Bhattarai (second runner-up of Mrs. Purbeli Icon 2024 and banker), and Rejan Rai (Academic Head of Grace International Itahari).
The program was jointly hosted by Sita Puri and Subhechha Karki. Led by Sajina Shrestha, CEO of Open Space Pvt. Ltd., the event was directed by Saroj Shrestha, while the choreography was handled by Subhechha Karki. Subas Sankalpa served as the media coordinator.
