Popular Punjabi Singer MixSingh Juss of ‘Suniyan Suniyan’ to Perform at ‘Club Nova’

On the occasion of the English New Year, an event titled ‘Fake New Year and Punjabi Pop Night with MixSingh Jass’ is being organized for the first time in Nepal. MixSingh Jass, the famous Punjabi singer known for the song ‘Suniyan Suniyan,’ arrived in Nepal on Thursday for this program.

A press conference was held on Thursday evening at Hotel Manaslu in Lazimpat to announce his arrival. During the event, MixSingh Jass expressed his excitement about performing for the Nepali audience. 

He will perform for about four hours this Saturday evening at Club Nova in Thamel. It was shared that there will be 10 performances, including Punjabi Bhangra dance.

The Punjabi Pop Night is organized by Skillmandu Nepal. Ticket prices are set at 1,000 Rupees for general entry, 2,000 Rupees for VIP, and 5,000 Rupees for groups. At the press conference, MixSingh Jass mentioned that his visit would also focus on promoting Nepali food and tourism.

"About 30% of the comments on my hit song ‘Suniyan Suniyan’ were from Nepali fans, which made me really want to visit Nepal," he said. "During my three-day stay, I plan to visit Pashupatinath Temple, historical sites in Kathmandu, and Everest Base Camp. Let’s see if the weather stays good; that will decide if my dream of seeing Mount Everest comes true."

He also mentioned that he listens to many Nepali songs and has developed an interest in Nepali music. He expressed a desire to film his upcoming music video in Nepal and even collaborate with Nepali musicians and singers if things work out. 

Furthermore, he believes that music is the best medium to help promote Nepal’s tourism and stated he is ready to support it.
