Minister Thapa Stresses Organizational Strength for Effective Service Delivery
Pokhara. Gandaki Province Minister for Social Development, Youth and Sports, Deepak Thapa, has emphasized that organizational strength and internal unity are essential to ensure more effective public service delivery.
Speaking at the oath-taking, certificate distribution, and responsibility handover program of the newly elected officials of the Nepal Civil Servants Union, Kaski District Committee, Minister Thapa said the union should not only protect the professional rights of employees but also contribute to transparent, accountable, and efficient administration.
He noted that a strong organization builds trust and institutional development, while also helping coordination between the government and employees. Minister Thapa urged the new leadership to work with determination and highlighted the need to promote the province government’s achievements that are directly benefiting citizens.
The program, held in conjunction with Teej celebrations, also conveyed a message of harmony, cultural unity, and social goodwill. Newly elected chair Kedar Sapkota presided over the event, which saw participation from political leaders, union representatives, officials, and their families.
