Glad Stone Academy Secures First Place in Exhibition Organized by Mid Valley School

Kathmandu - Glad Stone Academy, located in Thimi, has successfully secured the first place in the inter-school competitive 'Science and Information Technology Exhibition 2082' organized by Mid Valley Secondary School College. Glad Stone Academy received a trophy, a medal, and a cash prize of thirty thousand rupees.

Similarly, Sanskar Gurukul School, which participated in the exhibition, secured the second position, receiving a trophy, a medal, and a cash prize of twenty thousand rupees. 

Nepal Police School secured the third position, successfully obtaining a trophy, a medal, and a cash prize of ten thousand rupees.

Everest English School, which won the prize based on the votes cast by the participating students for the exhibits and materials on display, successfully received a trophy, a medal, and a cash prize of five thousand rupees. 

A sum of six thousand rupees per school was provided to all 67 participating schools as support for the construction of their exhibits and materials.

93 exhibits and materials built by students from 67 schools within the valley were displayed at the exhibition.

More than ten thousand students observed the exhibition, which lasted for two days.

In the exhibition, students from various schools displayed different equipment and materials focusing on innovative applications in science and information technology, such as Smart City, Water System, Water Pollution, and Smart Home.

Mid Valley College stated that it emphasizes such activities and will organize similar programs in the coming days to further encourage students towards research and innovation.
