MAW Vriddhi to introduce State-of-the-Art EV Service Centers in Balkumari and Basundhar
To serve customers better and deliver an enhanced after-sales experience, MAW Vriddhi is set to launch two state-of-the-art, EV-dedicated service centers in Balkumari and Basundhara. Strategically located in key areas of the city, these new centers aim to provide greater convenience and faster, specialized services for MAW customers.
The facilities will cater exclusively to Deepal, Dongfeng, and Seres electric vehicles, featuring 25 dedicated service bays equipped to handle high volumes with precision and care. These will be MAW second and third dedicated EV workshops, equipped to deliver expert care. With this expansion, the total number of services rises to three service centers.
With a strong focus on after-sales service and customer reliability, MAW Vriddhi continues to strengthen its commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term support. The new service centers are expected to be fully operational within 3 to 5 months, setting a new benchmark for EV service in Nepal.
