Shooting of the Sequel to the Superhit 'Jhingedau' Commences, Aiming for Dashain Release

Director Gyanendra Deuja has started the filming of 'Jhingedau 2' from Panauti, Kavre. The producer and director Deuja stated that the shooting of the sequel to the superhit film 'Jhingedau', which will have an investment of three and a half crores, commenced on Monday with an auspicious muhurta (starting ceremony).

The shooting, which began with the muhurta shot of lead actor Aryan Sigdel, has a schedule of sixty days. A grand set has been constructed for this film in Panauti, Kavre. 

Following that, the film will be shot in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Sankhu, Tanahun, Bandipur, Devghat, Dolakha, Chitlang, and Palung. The film, which is aimed for release during next year's Dashain festival, continues the story right from the scene where 'Jhingedau' concluded.

Being produced under the joint banner of Kapangadhi Cinema Pvt. Ltd. and Film Crew Nepal, the film will star Saroj Khanal, Aryan Sigdel, Mahesh Tripathi, Keki Adhikari, Aanchal Sharma, Kushal Bista, Basundhara Bhusal, Chaitya Devi Singh, Hiunwala Gautam, Bijay Deuja, Asha Bhusal, Abhay Raj Baral, Ashish Purush, and others.

The story of the film is also by director Gyanendra Deuja, while the screenplay has been written by Parichhed Sen, Govinda Phuyal, and Shishir Chalise. 

Roshan Shrestha is the action director, Ramji Lamichhane is the choreographer, Arjun Pokharel is the music composer, and Mitra D. Gurung is the editor. 

Ishwor Ghimire is the production manager, Chandra Bhandari is the chief assistant director, and Pasang T. Sherpa and Manik Pakhrin are the art directors.
