Balén’s Voice in ‘Jharripachiko Indreni’ Song Gets 1 Million Views in 24 Hours

The OST of the movie Jharripachiko Indreni, titled ‘Aam Nepali Buwa’, which will be released on Poush 4 (upcoming Friday), received 1 million views within 24 hours of its release. The rap song Jharripachiko Indreni, which was released publicly on Sunday night, has been highly appreciated by the audience.

In the comment section of the song, most viewers praised it for portraying the current situation of Nepal exactly as it is. The rap and lyrics of Aam Nepali Buwa are both by Balén. The song reflects the struggles, responsibilities, and emotional relationships of a father, presenting the realities of society through rap. The video also includes scenes from the movie.

The chorus of the rap includes a part of the poem by the great poet Laxmi Prasad Devkota, ‘Kuna Mandirma Janchau Yatri’, which has been well-received by audiences and listeners. This has successfully created excitement for the movie among viewers. 

After the song reached 1 million views in 24 hours, comedian Arjun Ghimire ‘Pande’, who made his directorial debut with this movie, expressed that the love received from the audience in such a short time has been very encouraging.

So far, the song has received over 118,000 likes and more than 11,500 reactions on YouTube, with most praising Balén and expressing eagerness to watch Jharripachiko Indreni. This is expected to give a significant boost to the movie at the initial stage of the box office.

The movie is produced by Nagaraj Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., and marks the comeback of actor Ganesh Upreti after a long time. Upreti had returned to Nepal from the United States for the shooting of this film.

The movie stars Ganesh Upreti, Ramesh Upreti, Prakash Ghimire, Dipashree Nirola, Sarita Giri, Deshbhakta Khanal, Nirmal Sharma, Krishna Shiwakoti, Krishna Bhakta Maharjan, Arjun Ghimire (Pande), Priyena Acharya (Munni), Anshu Maharjan, Rajendra Nepali, and Lakshana Rai.

The film also marks the debut of Bimochan Dawadi and Jessica Pokharel. Child actor Dipson Chilwal has also appeared in the movie, according to the production company. In one song, model Anjali Adhikari and choreographer Pradeep Lama will also appear in special roles.

The director, Ghimire, has written the story himself, while the screenplay and dialogues have been co-written by Ganesh Karki and Bishal Ghimire. The cinematography is by Buddha Thapa. 

The film’s producers are Anisha Sendang Limbu, with co-producers Anu Thapa, Pankaj Khadka, Srijana Khadka, Subash Sharma, and Ram Karki, and line producers Yogesh Khatiwada and Binod Kandel.
