“Jhari Pachi Ko Indreni” Enters Second Week of Screening; New Devotional Song Released

The film “Jhari Pachi Ko Indreni”, which was released on Poush 4, has entered its second week of screening today. 

Along with the film entering its second week, the production team has released a devotional song titled “Dhanya Dhanya Lokeswar” sung by superstar Newar singer Rozman Maharjan.

The film, which has received “excellent word-of-mouth” from audiences, is expected by the production team to see further growth in business during the second week. 

Debut director Arjun Ghimire ‘Pande’ expressed that while the first week was enthusiastic, the second week is expected to be even more exciting. 

The production team claims that their dream of showing a meaningful, message-driven film rather than just entertaining the audience has been successfully realized.

The devotional song, released on Friday, carries a spiritual essence and features Rozman Maharjan along with female vocalists Ratna Shobha Maharjan and Deepa Maharjan, with music arranged by Surendra Shrestha. 

From this film, actor Ganesh Upreti has made a strong comeback after nine years, attracting the attention of the previous generation of audiences.

The film features actors Ganesh Upreti, Ramesh Upreti, Prakash Ghimire, Deepashree Niraula, Priyana Acharya (Munni), among others. In one of the songs, model Anjali Adhikari and choreographer Pradeep Lama will also appear in special roles.

Director Ghimire, whose own story forms the basis of the film, has introduced debut actors Bimochan Dawadi and Jesika Pokhrel. 

Bimochan’s performance has been highly praised by audiences. Jesika is the niece of actress and director Deepashree Niraula. Child actor Dipson Chilwal has also performed in the film.

The screenplay and dialogues were written by Ganesh Karki and Bishal Ghimire. The film, produced by Anisha Sendang Limbu and shot by cinematographer Buddha Thapa, was made under the banner of Nagaraj Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

The film addresses the country’s political instability, its impact on the people, and the aspirations and frustrations of the new generation. It also portrays the struggles of an honest employee and a father.

Anu Thapa, Pankaj Khadka, Sirjana Khadka, Subash Sharma, and Ram Karki are co-producers, while Yogesh Khatiwada and Binod Kandel serve as line producers.
