GK Pokhrel and Eleena Chauhan Collaborate on the Vibrant Dance Track ‘Indira’

Kathmandu. The song 'Indira,' featuring lyrics and music by GK Pokhrel, has been released. The dance-centric song features vocals by Eleena Chauhan and GK Pokhrel. Recorded at Music Nepal, the recording was handled by Nakul Karki and Anil Adhikari.

Arranged, mixed, and mastered by Prakash Kharel, the song was released through Music Nepal's YouTube channel. The artistry displayed by established choreographer Rajaram Simkhada makes the audience spontaneously want to dance.

The music video showcases the acting and dancing skills of the popular artist duo Bimal Adhikari and Smarika Dhakal. Filmed by experienced cinematographer Rajesh Ghimire, the music video was edited and colored by Deepak Bista.

"After taking a break from the art sector for about a decade and a half, I was compelled to immerse myself in teaching and journalism. After leaving my teaching career, I found time for songwriting and composition. 
'Indira' is one of those, and it is a dance-oriented song," Pokhrel added. "I believe that once the audience starts hearing the first verse of the song, they will be eager to listen until the very end."

According to Pokhrel, the fact that it offers a different taste compared to common songs in the musical market, that top figures in the music industry agreed to sing and act in it, and that an 'archive channel' like Music Nepal uploaded it, are the powerful aspects of 'Indira.'

Pokhrel mentioned, "This music video covers the story from the meeting to the union between two characters, Bhattarai and 'Indira (Chandrama, Smita, Babita, Saraswati).'" Directed by Narendraraj Bhattarai, the video was produced by Gita Bhusal and Baburam Kafle.
