Himalayan Everest Insurance's 'Paran' Corporate Show on its Anniversary
Mangsir 17, Kathmandu. Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited (HEI) organized a corporate show to watch the film 'Paran' on the occasion of its anniversary.
Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited, on the occasion of its 32nd establishment anniversary, collectively watched the film with its employees and their families at Civil Mall in Sundhara on Tuesday.
The company stated that the film successfully touched everyone's hearts as it depicts the social context and stories of households in Nepal. "'It is inherently a positive thing for all employees to sit together and watch a film on the occasion of the anniversary.
Paran created this opportunity after many years,' said Sristina Manandhar, Head of Human Resource Management Department at the company. 'Watching the movie as a group created a sense of belonging and a family atmosphere, which will help foster a spirit of cooperation and coordination among employees.'"
Rupa Deula, an assistant staff member at the company, who became emotional after watching the film, said, "'Nepali society needs such a message-oriented film in the present time.
It felt like the story of my own house, and the artists' performance is even more excellent.'" Subindra Shrestha of the General Service Department Logistics commented that the performance of veteran artist Nir Shah and the story won his heart.
Director Deepak Prasad Acharya and actress Anjana Baraili also attended the HEI corporate show. The film 'Paran,' which covers the familial story of Nepali society, is based on the story of a father in the twilight of his life seeking the support and love of his children.
