'Gobar Ganesh' Receives Positive Response on Opening Day

Kathmandu. The movie 'Gobar Ganesh', directed by Marichman Shrestha, is receiving good reviews. Audiences are praising the film's storyline.

The movie, which was released on Magh 1, has received good word-of-mouth, making the production team confident that the number of viewers in theaters will increase significantly.

Audiences visiting the theaters are saying that the movie feels like a story from their own homes. According to audience feedback, the film raises the story of every lower-middle-class family.

"Viewers watching the movie are saying they felt like they were watching the story of their own home," said the film's lead actor and director Marichman Shrestha, also known as 'Balchi Dhurbe'. "Since audiences are saying they found their own household stories in the cinema, I am confident that the crowd in theaters will continue to grow."

Produced under the presentation of Balchi Dhurbe Films, the movie features Balchi alongside Barsha Siwakoti, Binod Neupane, Padam Tamang, Nirmal Sharma, Laxminath Timalsena, Santosh Baniya, Sandeep Lama, Maotse Gurung, Sita Devi Timalsina, Pujan Ghimire (Puku), Buddhi Tamang, Bishal Pahadi, Ramesh Budhathoki, Swastika Lamichhane, and others.

Taranath Neupane is the chief assistant director, with BGM by Yogesh Kaji Shah, production by Shankar Pandey, DOP by Shivaram Shrestha, and editing by Bipin Malla.

Tauwa Studio handled the publicity design, while OSR Digital is the digital partner. The film is distributed in Nepal by Shree Backtesh Entertainment.
