Balchi Dhurbe-Directed 'Gobar Ganesh': Marichman-Barsha Seen on a Rickshaw

Kathmandu. The poster for the film 'Gobar Ganesh' has been released. The production team released the poster today for the film, which is scheduled for release on the 1st of Magh.

The two main actors of the film, Marichman Shrestha (Balchi Dhurbe) and Barsha Siwakoti, are featured in the poster. The poster makes it clear that they are opposite each other.

Barsha is seen driving a rickshaw, and Balchi Dhurbe is riding in the same rickshaw. Both are in a cheerful mood. Their faces suggest that they are living a happy life together.

The poster makes them look like municipal garbage collection workers. There is garbage on the rickshaw, and a dustpan for collecting waste is visible. Balchi has a whistle around his neck. In the background are dense city houses, which appear to be the city of Kirtipur.

The poster has a prominent green color tone. This hints that the film will tell a positive story. However, the production team has not given any information about this.

'Gobar Ganesh' is being directed by Marichman Shrestha (Balchi Dhurbe). The film, which has completed shooting, is currently in post-production.

While releasing the poster, director Shrestha expressed his hope that 'Gobar Ganesh' would receive the same love from the audience on the big screen as it did on the small screen. He believes the film will win over the audience as it is coming with a theme and presentation that viewers will enjoy.

The film, presented by Balchi Dhurbe Films, features Balchi and Barsha along with Vinod Neupane, Padam Tamang, Nirmal Sharma, Laxminath Timalsena, Santosh Baniya, Sandeep Lama, Maotshe Gurung, Sitadevi Timalsina, Pujan Ghimire (Puku), Buddhi Tamang, Bishal Pahari, Ramesh Budhathoki, Swastika Lamichhane, and others.

Taranath Neupane is the Chief AD, Yogesh Kaji Shah is the BGM composer, Shankar Pandey is the Production Manager, Shivaram Shrestha is the DOP, and Bipin Malla is the editor.

Tawa Studio handles the publicity design, and OSR Digital is the digital partner for the film. Shree Backtes Entertainment will distribute the film in Nepal.
