Female Version of ‘Manai Ma Sanumaya’ – ‘Hasi Hasi Lajaune’ Released

Kathmandu – The female version of the popular song ‘Manai Ma Sanumaya’, titled ‘Hasi Hasi Lajaune’, has been released in collaboration between Visual Arts Studio and Tauwa Studio.

The original song gained massive popularity on TikTok and other social media platforms, prompting the production team to release this new version featuring the vocals of Samiksha Adhikari. The song’s music is composed by SD Yogi, with lyrics by Ram Abiral Bista. The catchy "Hasi Hasi Lajaune" segment of the original song went viral, increasing demand for a dedicated female version.

The original video highlighted the cultural background of the Bhutanese-Nepali community, portraying identity, struggle, and deep emotions of love through a romantic story.

The female version video stars popular actors Miruna Magar and Deepak Rasaili, and is written and directed by Bibek Rasaili. It presents the love story of the Nepali-Bhutanese community from a fresh perspective.

Bijay Basyal served as executive producer, Rezon Thapa as chief assistant director, and Ujjwal Joshi as cinematographer.

The new version has already received positive responses from viewers and is trending on YouTube.
