Facial House Awards: Manju Receives 50 Thousand Cash and Prabha Honored for Excellent Leadership

Kathmandu. The unisex beauty salon Facial House has presented awards to 34 employees this year, including Manju Ghimire and Prabha Thapa, under various categories.

On the occasion of its 18th anniversary, Facial House awarded Manju Ghimire the "Best Honor of Loyalty, Dedication and Continuity for a Decade" along with 50,000 rupees in cash. Similarly, Prabha Thapa was honored with "An Appreciation for Your Leadership Aligning People and Value to Strength Brand Trust and Loyalty."

The awards were jointly presented by the then Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Indira Rana Magar, the Managing Director and Senior Beautician of Facial House, Sushma Mahara, and Patron Ujjwal Jung Shah.

Facial House stated that Ghimire was honored for her service of more than a decade, institutional dedication, integrity, and continuity. Thapa was recognized for her outstanding leadership abilities. 

Manju Ghimire works at the main office in Kathmandu Mall, while Prabha Thapa serves as the Administration Chief and Chief Accountant Officer (CAO) of Facial House.

Other employees who received awards include Rashi Thapa (Pokhara Branch Manager), Sujan Budhathoki (Chitwan Branch Manager), Bigendra Singh Bal Tamang (Kathmandu Branch Manager), Namina Shrestha (Beauty Teacher), and Saluja Chaudhary (Kathmandu Branch Manager).

Likewise, awards were also given to Usha Sapkota, Srishti Mrinching, Sandhya Rana, Punam Gharti Magar, Pramila Khati, Manoj Thakur, Laxmi Thapaliya, Kanchan Saud, Asmita Thapa, Kamal Thakur, Jeni Tamang, Isha Rana Magar, Indu Tamang, Garima Shahi, Bikas Thapa Magar, Gangamaya Shrestha, Dhan Thapa, Binita Purakoti, Bijay Kumar Thakur, Mina Gharti Shrestha, Jharna Gurung, and Ankita Lama.

Facial House mentioned that the awards were presented to appreciate the hard work, contribution, and diligence of the employees and to boost their morale and inspiration. Managing Director Sushma Mahara shared that they organize such activities every anniversary to motivate their staff.

She also informed that Facial House is Nepal's number one unisex beauty salon, with services available at Kathmandu Mall (Sundhara), KL Tower (Chucchepati), and Lagankhel (Lalitpur) within the valley. Outside the valley, the salon has expanded its branches to major cities including Chitwan, Pokhara, Surkhet, Dhangadhi, Nepalgunj, and Itahari.
