'Eklo-1' Enters Third Day of Screening, Receives Positive Feedback from Audience

Kathmandu: The highly anticipated Nepali movie ‘Eklo-1’, which has been buzzing due to its unique style and presentation, has entered its third day of screening today. Released nationwide, the movie caught the audience's attention in its opening days and is receiving positive reviews from many viewers.

Produced in a genre different from usual Nepali movies, ‘Eklo-1’ has successfully attracted audiences through its story, presentation, and experimental style. Viewers have commented that the balanced mix of action, drama, and emotional elements provides a unique experience.

Written and directed by Pradeep Shahi, the science-fiction movie ‘Eklo-1’ previously had a historic premiere at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York, USA. Using Hollywood-level visuals and technology, the film is expected to take Nepali cinema to a new height.

The movie stars Pradeep Khadka, Vijay Lama, Sunil Thapa, Diya Pun, Benisha Hamal, Dinesh DC, Kabita Nepali, Suraj Singh Thakuri, Eban Raj Upreti, Trichu Rai, Krishna Bhakta Maharjan, Bikas Adhikari, Diggaj Khatri, Binod Subedi ‘Kshitiz’, Shrishesh Shrestha, and child actors Jemin Shrestha and Syon Sabik Singh. Additionally, British actor Jamie Bacon plays a significant role.

Invested by the NRN group, the film's executive producer is Binod Subedi ‘Kshitiz’. The cinematography was done by Babu Shrestha, while Raju Tamang handled the action direction, Raju Painter did the set design, Santosh Lama served as the art director, and Dron Prasad Paudel ‘Theuke’ managed the production design.
