Movie ‘Eklo-1’ Released Nationwide Simultaneously
Kathmandu. The highly anticipated Nepali movie ‘Eklo-1’, which has been in the news for its unique style and fresh presentation, has been released simultaneously across the country.
The production team claims that the movie will provide an unforgettable experience to the audience through a balanced mix of action, drama, and emotional elements.
Produced with the goal of presenting Nepali cinema differently in the international market, ‘Eklo-1’ is expected to bring innovation in its story, presentation, and technical aspects.
Due to its unique storyline and strong production, it is believed that the movie will receive positive feedback from Nepali audiences in international markets, including the Middle East.
Written and directed by Pradip Shahi, ‘Eklo-1’ held a historic premiere on December 28 at the world-famous Museum of the Moving Image in New York, USA.
Director Pradip Shahi, who is based in the UK and active in filmmaking, has directed this science-fiction movie as his third project. The film was made with the goal of delivering Hollywood-level visuals, technology, and storytelling.
The movie features actors Pradip Khadka, Bijay Lama, Sunil Thapa, Diya Pun, Benisha Hamal, Dinesh DC, Kabita Nepali, Suraj Singh Thakuri, Eban Raj Upreti, Trichu Rai, Krishnabhakta Maharjan, Bikas Adhikari, Diggaj Khatri, Binod Subedi ‘Kshitiz’, Shrishesh Shrestha, and child actors Jemin Shrestha and Syon Sabik Singh. Additionally, British actor Jamie Bacon plays an important role.
The movie is invested in by the NRN group, with Binod Subedi ‘Kshitiz’ serving as the executive producer. The cinematography is by Babu Shrestha, conflict direction by Raju Tamang, set design by Raju Painter, art direction by Santosh Lama, and production design by Dron Prasad Paudel ‘Theuke’.
