Binod Chaudhary Claims End of Factionalism in Congress, Prioritizes Development
Kathmandu: Binod Chaudhary, the Nepali Congress candidate for the House of Representatives from Nawalparasi Constituency No. 1, has stated that factional politics within the Congress party has come to an end.
Speaking at an interaction and meeting with party workers organized in Bardaghat Ward No. 7, he claimed that the past trend of internal factions—which allowed third parties to take advantage—has now ceased.
Chaudhary emphasized that the Nepali Congress is currently moving forward with a clear agenda of development and prosperity. He stated that a stable government, economic transformation, and job creation are the party's current priorities.
Expressing that he is not a new face in the constituency for the election, he noted that he is fully aware of local problems and needs. He acknowledged that out of his five-year parliamentary term, he was only able to work for 30 months and stated that much work remains to be done. "I am committed to completing the remaining tasks," he said.
According to Chaudhary, the biggest problem in his constituency was related to citizenship, which the Nepali Congress resolved within the last 30 months.
He also mentioned that land-related works are progressing rapidly. Pointing out that these achievements have laid the foundation for development in the region, he stressed the need to give them further momentum.
