‘Aa Bata Aama’ Sells Australia and New Zealand Rights
Kathmandu – The upcoming Nepali film Aa Bata Aama, produced under the banner of Arya Entertainment, has sold its distribution rights for Australia and New Zealand. Himaru Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has acquired the rights, according to the production team.
Written, scripted, and directed by Chandra Panta, the film presents a sensitive story of motherhood. Director Panta said negotiations are ongoing for distribution in other countries as well.
The film has drawn attention due to its strong cast, featuring actor Pal Shah, “TikTok queen” Usha Upreti, evergreen actress Bipana Thapa, Simran Panta, and popular South Indian actor Pradeep Rawat.
Set to go on floors this month, Aa Bata Aama is still finalizing its cast and crew. RR Films has secured distribution rights in Nepal. The film is scheduled for nationwide release on Falgun 15 next year.
