‘Teej Ko Ramailo 2082’ to Be Grandly Celebrated in California

Richmond, California – In an effort to promote and preserve Nepali culture and tradition, the Creative Nepal Youth Organization is organizing a vibrant cultural event titled ‘Teej Ko Ramailo 2082’ on Saturday, August 23, 2025. The event aims to support Nepali schools and bring the local Nepali community together through music, dance, and celebration.

The event will take place at the Nepali Community Center, 369 Chesley Ave, Richmond, CA, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. With the theme “Nachau, Gaau, Ramau” (Let’s Dance, Sing, and Celebrate), the celebration will highlight the joy and essence of Teej—one of Nepal’s most beloved festivals.

Tickets are priced at $20, and dinner is included. Entry is free for children under 10 and seniors over 65. The event will feature lively music and entertainment by DJ Finjo Sherpa, and the official photographer for the evening will be Bharat Adhikari.
