Preparations for NEJA's 19th General Assembly in Final Stages
USA — Preparations for the 19th General Assembly of the Nepal America Journalists' Association (NEJA) have reached their final stages. According to Srijana Kafle (Harimaya), the coordinator of the General Assembly Management Committee and NEJA DC Metro Regional Coordinator, the preliminary work required for the assembly is nearly complete. Tasks ranging from hotel management to publicity and invitations have been finalized.
NEJA members will participate in the assembly, and members have already made the necessary preparations to attend. The association's General Secretary, Ishwari Neupane, urged all members to register on time and stated that administrative tasks are currently underway.
Since the association's constitution may be amended during the assembly, Satish Chapagain, coordinator of the Constitution Committee, has requested suggestions if any amendments are deemed necessary. The association's General Assembly is scheduled to take place on May 2nd in Baltimore, Maryland.
