International Cafe Experience Now in Nepal: Starboss Coffee Opens First Outlet in Durbar Marg

Kathmandu. With the aim of bringing an international-level cafe experience to Nepal, Starboss Coffee has opened its first outlet in Durbar Marg, Kathmandu.

In a special ceremony held on Saturday, actress and Miss Nepal 2020 Namrata Shrestha, CEO of Nabil Bank Manoj Kumar Gyawali, and Chairman of Taxar Group of Companies Shree Krishna Shrestha jointly cut the ribbon to inaugurate the coffee house.

Starboss Coffee, operated by Taxar Group of Companies, aims to elevate the cafe culture in Nepal through a modern ambiance, world-class service, and high-quality coffee and various delicacies. At the inauguration ceremony, actress Namrata Shrestha was unveiled as the official Brand Ambassador.

The company expressed confidence that Namrata's image will significantly contribute to strengthening customer trust and recognition towards the brand.

The Chief Guest of the ceremony, Nabil Bank CEO Manoj Gyawali, stated that the launch of a new business amid a challenging economic situation is a positive message. According to him, the Starboss Coffee House will inspire other entrepreneurs to seek new opportunities within Nepal.

Journalist Rishi Dhamala, who participated in the inauguration, emphasized during his conversation with media personnel the necessity for the government to provide relief to businesses affected by the GenZ movement. He mentioned that the GenZ movement has brought about a significant change in Nepal, creating a new business environment.

On the occasion, Taxar Group Chairman Shree Krishna Shrestha mentioned that they succeeded in launching Starboss Coffee despite various challenges. He stated that the group aims to make Starboss the leading cafe brand in Nepal with excellent service, delicious coffee, and a peaceful atmosphere.

With the objective of providing service in accordance with international standards, Starboss Coffee has built a strong team comprising experts. The group also expressed belief that this project will be important for providing employment, skill development, and encouraging entrepreneurship among the youth.

Following the operation of the first outlet in Durbar Marg, Starboss Coffee is preparing to quickly launch the second branch in Tinkune and the third branch in Imadol, Lalitpur. Furthermore, the company has put forward a plan to expand franchises in major cities of Nepal in the coming days.

Starboss Coffee is the first hospitality project under TG Ventures. TG Ventures itself is a key business unit of Taxar Group of Companies, which is active in various sectors. Through the coffee business, the Taxar Group has formally entered Nepal's hospitality and cafe industry.

The event was attended by Dirgha Prasad Karmacharya, Co-founder and Head of Franchise at Taxar Group of Companies, Purna Shrestha, M.D. of Starboss Coffee, Subash Adhikari, General Manager of Starboss Coffee, artist Yaman Shrestha, and other distinguished guests.
