“Society Becomes Directionless Without King, Religion, and Culture: Durga Prasai”

Social activist Durga Prasai has made strong remarks regarding the nation’s pride, religion, culture, and the accountability of its leaders. Through a Facebook post, he emphasized the need to remove foreign agents and individuals carrying destructive ideologies from the country.

He stated, “If a country lacks a king, religion, and culture, society becomes directionless. The king is a symbol of the nation, religion is the foundation of morality, and culture is our identity. When these elements disappear, discipline, unity, and respect among the people are lost.”

He also demanded that public leaders accused of corruption—including K.P. Sharma Oli, Sher Bahadur Deuba, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Arju Rana, and others—be immediately arrested and investigated according to legal procedures.

He stressed that the investigation must be justice-oriented, not compromise-driven, and that those found guilty should be punished according to the law.

According to Durga Prasai, the real strength of the country lies in its traditions, culture, and faith. Failing to protect these elements increases the risk of a value-less and fragmented society.
