'Smart Zumba and Dance Studio' First Annual Anniversary Concluded

Kathmandu: The 'Smart Zumba and Dance Studio', located in Macchegaun, Kirtipur, celebrated its first annual anniversary on Saturday morning with various programs.

The annual anniversary ceremony, presided over by Sarita Pokharel, founder of 'Smart Zumba and Dance Studio', had Achyut Adhikari, Ward Chairman of Chandragiri Municipality Ward No. 9, as the chief guest. Special guests included Anchan Magar, President of Chandragiri Artists Association, and guests included Ramchandra Lamichhane, Korean language instructor.

During the program, Manju Thapa, a member of the 'Smart Zumba and Dance Studio' management committee, shed light on the objective of establishing the studio and delivered the welcome address.

Following a welcome dance performance by Sejal Sharma to a Tamang Selo song, the special guests and other guests cut the annual anniversary cake of the dance studio and congratulated the management team.

In the program, Deepak Bidari, Founder Director of Janchahana Supath Mulya Cooperatives, Buddha Maharjan, Principal of New Horizon Boarding School, and Ramchandra Lamichhane, Korean language instructor at Valley Institute, extended their best wishes on the occasion of the first anniversary. 

They stated that the establishment of the 'Smart Zumba and Dance Studio' has significantly helped the residents of the area by providing dance training along with Zumba services.

The program, which was made entertaining by a singing performance from Nirajan Bishta, saw the chief guest, Achyut Adhikari, Ward Chairman of Chandragiri Municipality Ward No. 9, state that exercise contributes to a long life, and this studio not only teaches art but has also made many people healthy. He also wished 'Smart Zumba and Dance Studio' success.

Binod Thapa, the dance and Zumba instructor and operator of 'Smart Zumba and Dance Studio', highlighted the various progress the studio has made within one year. He informed that the studio provides Zumba and dance training in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
