Siddhartha Bank Limited's 24th Annual General Meeting Concluded
Kathmandu: Siddhartha Bank Limited's 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was successfully held on Sunday, 30th Kartik 2082 B.S., at the Army Officers Club in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, under the chairmanship of the bank's Board of Directors Chairman, Mr. Rahul Agrawal.
The AGM approved the following proposals:
Distribution of a 5% Bonus Share amounting to Rs. 70,44,99,010 and a 5.53% Cash Dividend (including for tax purposes) amounting to Rs. 77,91,75,905 on the bank's current paid-up capital of Rs. 14,08,99,80,190.
Adoption of the Annual Report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Approval of the financial statements for the period ending Ashadh 2082 B.S., including the Auditor's Report, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity for the same period.
Appointment of the external auditor and determination of their remuneration.
